Cloakroom items

If you still have your ticket from an item left in the Arches cloakroom during a club or other event, please email lostproperty@thearches.co.uk or call 0141 565 1025 stating your ticket number, a description of the item and a contact number and we will get back to you.

If you have lost your cloakroom ticket, you will need to visit us in person at our Argyle Street entrance and ask for a Duty Manager between the hours of 12-6pm.

Lost items

Wallets, purses, passports, driving licences, credit cards and other items of value will be held here for one month. To claim an item please email lostproperty@thearches.co.uk, phone 0141 565 1025 or visit in person at Argyle Street and ask for a Duty Manager between the hours 12-6pm. Items which are not claimed within a month will be sent to the Custodian at Pitt Street Police Station.
